Labour Division 

Our Labour Division accepts most cases or instructions for compensation of any kind, on a contingency basis. This means that we do not charge our client any fees for legal services rendered by our firm, for the duration of the instruction, whether it be negotiations for settlement, CCMA proceedings or Labour Court cases.

We will therefore only be entitled to payment if we are successful in the aforementioned negotiations, proceedings or court cases, in which case we will be entitled to payment of a contingency fee of 25% of any amount awarded. This ensures that we give each case the attention it deserves as we only receive payment upon success.

Where applicable we will draw up a bill of costs for all our services rendered in accordance with the prescribed tariff, which will be taxed by the Taxing Master, and thereafter we will proceed with the recovery of the taxed legal fees on your behalf.
